Operational notes
| Facility / area | Particulars | Current stock | Monthly consumption | Coverage, months | Gap to 1 month | Status |

Suggested quantity = monthly consumption × selected months − current stock, rounded up to a whole unit, minimum zero. Only items below 1 month of current coverage are included; negative balances are listed for review without an automatic quantity. This report uses its own filters.

Targets assume the supplied monthly consumption stays constant. Quantities use the source item's unit; prices, pack sizes, deliveries already on order and expiry limits are not supplied. Review these before ordering. Sorsogon Provincial Hospital and its CSR are reported separately.
How to read the inventory and restock reports
The supplied laboratory reagent and instrument exclusion list applies across all hospitals, including statistics, registers, restock suggestions, CSV exports and formal print reports. Source spreadsheet entries are retained.
With All facilities & service areas selected, matching particulars are combined into one unique item, ignoring differences in case and spacing. Strengths, sizes and other description details remain distinct. Current stock and consumption are summed for the same item. Selecting a facility restores its original records.
In the all-facilities view, each item receives one priority status: negative balance, then active stockout, low coverage, adequate coverage, high coverage, no consumption, or no recorded demand. This reflects the most urgent facility condition rather than pooled stock. Table coverage is combined stock ÷ combined monthly consumption; it does not imply stock can be transferred. The one-month gap sums individual facility shortfalls so surpluses elsewhere do not offset them; it is blank when a negative balance requires reconciliation.
Coverage = current stock ÷ monthly consumption. Low coverage: under 1 month; adequate: 1–3 months; high: over 3 months. These are reporting bands, not approved reorder policies. Gap to 1 month = max(0, monthly consumption − current stock), only for records with positive consumption and nonnegative stock.
Active stockout: zero stock with consumption or request activity. No recorded demand: zero stock, zero consumption, zero requests. No consumption: positive stock with zero monthly consumption. Negative stock requires reconciliation. Quantities of different items are not combined into a total stock figure.
The supplied data has no transaction dates, item units, prices, lead times, expiry dates, or criticality classifications. Monthly trends and stock valuation cannot be derived from this snapshot. Suggested restock quantities are consumption-based estimates, without adjustments for lead times, pack sizes, expiry or outstanding orders. Pharmacy and Central Supply Room retain their source labels; no hospital affiliation is assumed.
